Overview
The page that answers "is traffic up, and what is driving it" without any setup.
All pages
Overview is the front page of a website in sonex. It is built to answer one question per glance, top to bottom.
The header
The site’s name, its monogram, and a link out to the live domain. When someone is on your site right now, a green pulsing dot appears with the active count next to the title.
Install is always there in the header if you need the snippet again.
The metrics bar
Five numbers for the selected range: visitors, visits, views, bounce rate and visit duration. Each carries a delta against the previous equivalent period, coloured and arrowed by direction. For bounce rate, down is good, and the colour reflects that rather than blindly celebrating “up”.

The chart
Views and visitors over time, as bars and a line sharing one axis so their magnitudes stay honest against each other.
Click a metric in the bar to focus it. The focused series comes forward and the other recedes. If you have connected a payment provider, revenue joins as a third focusable series (Revenue).

The breakdown panels
Four panels, each with tabs, and each row clickable to filter the whole page:

Entry and Exit are the more interesting tabs and the most overlooked: entry pages tell you what people are actually arriving on, which is rarely your homepage, and exit pages tell you where they give up.
Geography and patterns
A world map by country, and a week by hour heatmap. The heatmap is how you find out that your audience is at work on Tuesday mornings, or that your Sunday posts land on nobody.
Before your first visit
Until a website records its first pageview, Overview shows an install panel with your snippet, three setup steps, and a Check again button. It disappears on its own once data arrives. If it will not go away, see Verify your install.
